Hi {{firstName}},
Your pricing page has three tiers: Starter ($29), Growth ($79), Scale (custom).
The middle tier is doing the heaviest work and not pulling it off. The "Growth" name doesn't tell a buyer who they are. The feature list reads like a superset of Starter, not a different problem. And "Scale (custom)" sends every actual customer to a sales call they don't want.
I've worked with five PLG companies on pricing-page copy in the last year — average 9% lift on paid conversions. Want me to send you a one-page audit?
— {{senderFirstName}}Confidence calibrated with humility ('I think — happy to be told off.') earns more replies than pure assertion. Naming all three tiers, what's wrong with each, and your fix per tier is the kind of work that signals expertise. Don't send this template if you don't actually know pricing copy.
